1. Is everything cleaned and alterations done on site?
Yes, all
Dry Cleaning,
Laundry and
Alterations are done on site. The only exception is suede and leather garments.
2. Are we environmentally friendly aware?
We recently scored (0) for our installation and procedures under
DEFRA's
new effort and achievability category laid out by the government, (0)
being the best you can score, you can rest assure we are being as
environmentally friendly and efficient as is possible in all our
procedures.
3. Is Dry Cleaning good for clothes?
Yes, you need to remove grease, dust and grit from frabics as if left
too long it can damage the fabric. Dry Cleaning process is a soft and
gentle way to clean garments, it prolongs the life of a garment as well
as keeping texture and its quality look for as long as possible.
4. How quickly can you do Dry Cleaning and Alterations?
Alterations we ask for 3 days, but if urgent, we can put your order through the
ExpressClean. Dry cleaning, again we ask for 3 days, but we can do same day cleaning if requested.
5. How far do you deliver to?
We deliver to Luton, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. No journey is too far for Wilson Quality Dry Cleaners.
6. Do you only do deliveries and collections?
No, we also have a store based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. For more information visit our

7. Do you have to pay online?
No. If you prefer not to pay online, you can choose to pay either on
collection or delivery of your items. Alternatively, you can also call
the store and make a payment securely over the phone.
